I can't say I'm an expert on the Dalish and how their bodies are, but I'd definitely be willing to look into it more if you want it. The symptoms you describe could be something, but a proper check would be the best way of being certain. Just let me know what you want to do.

Dalish bodies are exactly the same as other elven bodies. And not dissimilar to human bodies. We do not have special diseases.
